Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive in 5–7 business days with standard shipping. Express shipping is offered at checkout and typically takes 3-4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard U.S. shipping is free on all orders over $30.
Can I upgrade to express shipping?
Yes, you’ll see express shipping options available at checkout for an additional charge. Express shipping typically arrives between 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are happy to ship internationally. However, we currently do not accept returns on international orders. Shipping options can be seen during checkout.

Can I return for an exchange or refund?

I ordered the wrong size or hand, can I exchange?
Yes, we are happy to help with an exchange to get you in the correct size and hand. The product must be unused and returned with the original packaging.

Are there any products excluded from returns?
Generally, all of our products can be returned. The only exception is international orders and rare last call sale items.

What makes Chipp gloves different?
All of our gloves are made with premium-grade cabretta leather, feature breathable perforations, and include a reinforced palm pad for comfort and durability. These features create a glove that last longer for players of all levels.
How do I care for my golf glove?
We recommend storing your glove in its original packaging, or flattened, between uses to extend its life and maintain its quality.
What if my glove rips or the design wears away?
We guarantee a top quality golf glove. If your glove rips or design wears away (without significant usage), reach out to us and we'll make things right for you.
Can I return or exchange my glove?
Yes—returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the glove is unworn and in original condition. We’ll send a return label once approved. To start a return, email us at info@chippgolfco.com.

How do I find my glove size?
Our gloves run a little small and snug compared to other brands. If you are between sizes, try picking the larger size.
